Telecaller / Counselling Executive Company: MindSupport Hypnosis & Counselling Location: Hyderabad | Work from Office Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–5 Years preferred About the Role MindSupport Hypnosis & Counselling is looking for confident and target-oriented Telecaller / Counselling Executives to handle leads, counsel prospective students, conduct follow-ups and convert enquiries into workshop/course registrations. Key ResponsibilitiesCall and respond to leads generated through digital marketing, website, social media and WhatsApp. Understand prospects' requirements and recommend suitable MindSupport programs.

Explain course/workshop details, fees, schedules, benefits and registration process accurately. Handle objections and confidently communicate with prospective students. Conduct systematic follow-ups and convert interested leads into registrations.

Maintain accurate lead status and notes in CRM. Communicate professionally through phone and WhatsApp. Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets. Maintain daily reports and follow-up records. Coordinate with the sales/team head to achieve overall team targets.





RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and persuasive personality with good listening skills. Strong follow-up and sales ability. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Comfortable discussing course fees and closing registrations.

Languages preferred: Telugu, English & Hindi.

Education: graduation preferred.

Experience in telecalling, counselling, inside sales, education, training, wellness or high-ticket sales is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
