Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to handle technical troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

The candidate must have robust hands-on experience in Linux OR Server & Storage Devices.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and storage devices.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance, hardware, connectivity, and operating systems.
- Provide technical support for Linux-based systems, including basic administration and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot server hardware components such as CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, RAID, NIC, PSU, and motherboard.
- Troubleshoot storage devices, RAID configurations, disk failures, SAN/NAS, and storage connectivity.
- Perform server and storage installation, configuration, maintenance, and hardware replacement.
- Monitor system health and identify potential technical issues.
- Coordinate with customers, internal technical teams, and vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain service reports, technical documentation, and troubleshooting records.
- Provide remote and/or on-site technical support as required.





Mandatory Skills Candidate must have hands-on experience in at least ONE of the following:

1. Linux

- Linux administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Linux commands, services, permissions, logs, and system configuration
- Troubleshooting OS and system-level issues

OR 2. Server & Storage Devices

- Hands-on experience with server and storage hardware
- Knowledge of RAID, HDD/SSD, SAN/NAS, storage connectivity
- Server hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
- Experience with installation, configuration, and replacement of server/storage components

Preferred Skills
- Basic networking knowledge – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN
- Knowledge of data center environments
- Understanding of server and storage architecture
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills

Eligibility
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./MCA or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant technical support experience.
- Candidates with practical experience in Linux OR Server & Storage Devices are eligible.

Compensation ₹3 LPA – ₹7 LPA, depending on experience and technical skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate

- Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
