Senior Technical Project Manager

This role is Office Based, Pune Office Senior Technical Project Manager We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with Product Management exposure to sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customers. You will own the delivery of key product initiatives while also working directly with customers to understand their requirements, advise on product solutions, and feed customer insight into the product roadmap. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical delivery skills, product thinking, and customer-facing consulting experience.

In This Role You Will

- Own end-to-end delivery of major product initiatives from roadmap through release.
- Work with Product and Engineering to define requirements, priorities, scope, and delivery plans.
- Translate customer needs and business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Manage sprints, releases, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional delivery.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the product, its capabilities, roadmap, and use cases.
- Act as a product and technical advisor to customers, leading discovery sessions, requirements discussions, product demonstrations, and solution reviews.
- Manage customer expectations around product capabilities, timelines, and delivery.
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements.
- Support Global Customer Success, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams on complex opportunities and accounts.
- Ensure releases deliver meaningful customer and business value.

You've Got What It Takes If You Have

- 6–10 years' experience in technical project/programme management, product management, technical consulting, or a similar technology role.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, enterprise software, or platform businesses.
- Strong technical understanding and credibility with engineering teams.
- Experience managing products or complex initiatives from discovery through delivery.




- Strong Agile/Scrum and product development knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Solid product mindset with the ability to understand both customer problems and technical solutions.
- Highly organised, commercially aware, and outcome-focused.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) and MBA

Extra Dose of Awesome If You Have

- Previous Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Solutions Consultant, or Implementation experience.
- Enterprise customer experience.
- Experience with product demonstrations, discovery workshops, or solution design.
- Experience working with GCS, Customer Success, or Professional Services.
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or product management certification is a plus.
