- Assist collection and preparation of evidence of countermeasure
- Prepare inspection report for SPC and provide the data for the study.
- Validation of circuit testing jig with master NG and OK Sample.
- Verify the NG Sample as per content
- Assist for inspection for MSA.
- Inspection knowledge through drawing.
- Handling knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Validation of final inspection board.
- Support for internal rejection data analysis (Collection and temporary action.)
- Ensure correct FIC prepared
- Review support and updating of Control Plan and Process Quality Control sheet as per plan or requirement and department guidelines.
- Support & Maintain documentation at line as per ISO 9001 system.
- Process & product audit as per control plan with support.
- Documentation support during customer audits.
- Daily red bin analysis & discuss with staff for countermeasure.
- Support to investigate & prepare corrective and preventive action.
- Training to operators & inspectors.
- Awareness of QMS & EMS.
- Responsible for ensuring 5S.
- Any other work assigned by company as per business requirements.
