Job title: Structural Discipline Lead

Role Summary The Structural Discipline Lead will own structural discipline delivery on assigned project(s), including production, quality, and the work of the structural modelling team. The Coordinator will handle client and timeline responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and align structural production work according to project priorities and own the discipline's overall output.
- Model structural elements and sheets according to project standards.
- Perform self-QC before submitting work to the QC team.
- Review and take ownership of modeller output, identifying errors before submission.
- Create and modify structural Revit families as required.
- Ensure the structural model is production-grade and meets project requirements.
- Resolve clash issues assigned by the Coordinator.
- Raise RFIs to the Coordinator for issues requiring client resolution.
- Handle modeller-team issues directly and escalate to the Coordinator only when the issue is reliable.
- Assign work to modellers, review their output, and take ownership of team delivery.




- Support production of accurate structural sheets and annotations for large-scale projects.

Must-Have Requirements

- Advanced Revit Structure , including structural family creation and modification.
- Confident working experience at LOD 400–500 .
- Strong Navisworks skills with independent clash detection and resolution capability.
- Full workflow ownership using BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) .
- Minimum 3 years of structural BIM experience with team and QC responsibility.
- Proven experience leading or managing a structural modelling team.
- Experience assigning work, reviewing output, and owning delivery rather than functioning only as a senior individual contributor.
- Direct client-facing experience, including personally handling:
- Client calls
- RFIs
- Requirement gathering
- Track record of working on large-scale structural projects with production-grade sheet and annotation output.

- Experience working on data centre projects .
