- Supplier Quality Assurance and Incoming Goods Inspection.
- Supplier complaint handling and closure through 8D methodology.
- Supplier evaluation, development, and performance improvement activities.
- Conducting Supplier Audits, Process Audits, Product Audits, CQI Audits, Layout Audits, and VDA 6.3 Audits.
- PPAP documentation review and approval management.
- Handling non-conforming materials and supplier quality concerns.
- Monitoring calibration systems and traceability requirements.
- Supporting IATF 16949, ISO 13485,
and GMP compliance activities.
- Managing quarantine stores and rejection returns to suppliers.
- Supporting customer, certification, and internal audits.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams on quality improvement initiatives and new project development.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance.
- Robust knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 13485, GMP, and Quality Core Tools.
- Experience with rubber, plastic, or metal components and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of PPAP, SPC, 8D, VDA 6.3, CQI, and supplier development activities.
