Job Role and Responsibility

1. Statistical Process Control (SPC):

- Create and maintain X-Bar R Charts, Control Charts, Pareto Charts, and P Charts.
- Analyze data and implement corrective actions.

2. Quality Tools:

- Develop and implement Control Plans, PFMEA (AIAG & VDA latest), and APQP.
- Apply Core Tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, etc.).

3. Problem-Solving:

- Conduct Red Bin Analysis and implement containment actions.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis using Fishbone Diagrams.

4. Quality Systems:

- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and VDA 6.3 standards.
- Develop and maintain Procedures and Work Instructions.

5. Measurement System Analysis (MSA):

- Develop MSA procedures, plans, and reports.

6. Customer Complaints:

- Review and respond to customer complaints.
- Implement CAPAs and track closure.

7. Internal Reporting:

- Generate daily/periodic reports on internal rejections, machine crimping inspection PPM, consumption, and other quality metrics.
- Analyze and present data for informed decision-making.

8. Calibration and Training:

- Ensure calibration of measuring instruments.
- Review and update Inspector training procedures.

9. Audit and CAPA:





- Participate in audits and ensure CAPA closure.

10. Customer handling:

1. Investigate customer claims and complaints
2. Identify root causes of quality issues
3. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures
4. Communicate with customers and internal defects data analysis
5. Collaborate with quality, production, and design teams

Essentials:

- Understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards (IMDS, ISO, EMRT,

CMRT).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Qualifications: ****

- 10+2 with Diploma/B.tech (any specialization)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality development.
