About the Role

As a developer you will be creating a platform consisting of a set of services that supports various workflows related to the user and customer journey including user management, tenant preferences, licensing and administration. You will mainly be working with Java and Python as languages, but Typescript and other languages may also be part of the solution. You are an experienced web application developer and are expected to contribute on both the service level and component level.

You will frequently use docker during development and have experience with DevOps practices.

Required skills and experience





3+ years of experience with development and deployment of solutions with relevant technologies, including:

- Experience with web application back-end development, including REST APIs
- Experienced with Python (familiarity level can be accepted if otherwise highly skilled)
- Familiar with Java
- Experience with authentication schemas such as OIDC, OAuth and SSO
- Familiarity with asymmetric cryptography and similar mechanisms used for data validation
- Experience with testable architecture and writing testable code
- Valuable communication and team bonding skills

Meritorious skills, experiences, and interests

- Familiarity with common cloud deployment technologies, i.e. Kubernetes, Docker and Helm
- Familiarity with Identity management systems such as KeyCloak, AWS IAM and Microsoft Entra
- Experience in test automation tools and practices.
- Experience of Agile development in a team as well as pair programming
- Experience with relational databases
- Experienced with Linux development and shell scripting
