About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to manage end-to-end social media activities for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have solid content creation skills, experience with paid advertising, and the ability to coordinate with clients and the creative team.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Prepare advanced monthly content calendars aligned with client marketing goals.
- Plan and coordinate product, brand, and promotional shoots.
- Manage and optimize Meta paid advertising campaigns.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns and festive promotions.
- Allocate work to graphic designers for promotional and festive creatives.
- Coordinate with video editors for promotional and campaign reels.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and SEO-friendly social media content.
- Perform basic social media SEO and content optimization.




- Schedule client meetings and present monthly social media performance reports.
- Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and campaign execution.
- Track content performance and suggest improvement strategies.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge of content creation and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Excellent copywriting, caption writing, and hashtag research skills.
- Knowledge of social media SEO and marketing analytics.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

AI Tools Knowledge Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools for content planning and productivity:
- ChatGPT
- Google Gemini
- DeepSeek
- Other AI content and research platforms

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- Digital Marketing certification is an advantage
