About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Executive who can take ownership of multiple client accounts and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced Digital Marketing Agency.

The ideal candidate should have robust agency experience, excellent knowledge of social media management, a result-driven approach, and the ability to independently handle clients, strategies, content and day-to-day social media activities.

Must-Have Requirements

- Mandatory Agency Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience, with Digital Marketing Agency experience mandatory.
- Relevant Agency Experience: Candidate should have more than 1 year of hands-on experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Multi-Client Handling: Proven experience managing multiple clients across different industries simultaneously.
- Social Media Management: Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms.
- Content & Strategy: Experience in social media strategy, content planning, post/reel planning, captions, hashtags, trends and content execution.
- Performance Driven: Should understand social media performance, insights, engagement and other relevant metrics and work towards measurable results.
- Team Coordination: Ability to work effectively with graphic designers, video editors, content writers and other team members.
- Leadership & Ownership:



Should be capable of taking responsibility for assigned accounts, coordinating work and, where required, guiding or managing team members.
- Client Handling: Should be comfortable understanding client requirements, coordinating deliverables and maintaining quality across multiple accounts.
- Growth Mindset: A proactive, responsible and result-oriented professional who is ready to take senior-level responsibility.
