Senior ServiceNow SAM Pro Developer

Location: Hyderabad | Hybrid

Experience: 4–8 Years

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow SAM Pro Developer with solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and support ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions and integrations.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP API and SaaS/vendor integrations.
- Configure and develop SAM Pro workflows, automation and platform enhancements.
- Work with JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules and Scheduled Jobs.
- Handle Import Sets, Transform Maps and IntegrationHub.
- Support data ingestion, ETL, data transformation and software entitlement processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug ServiceNow integrations and development issues.
- Collaborate with ITAM, HAM,



cloud asset management and business stakeholders.
- Perform code reviews, testing and QA for ServiceNow solutions.

Good to Have:

ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification, HAM, cloud asset management, Azure/AWS/GCP and enterprise ITAM experience.

Important: Hands-on ServiceNow SAM Pro experience is mandatory.
