Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate (Villas & Luxury Residential)

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience & performance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, front-line Senior Sales Manager to drive sales and closures for our premium villa and residential project located in Moshi, Pune. This is not a desk job—the ideal candidate will lead customer-facing presentations, manage end-to-end sales negotiations with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and work closely with channel partners to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead front-end sales by conducting site visits, face-to-face meetings, and project walkthroughs.
- Manage the full buyer lifecycle: lead follow-up, pricing negotiations, booking closures, agreement drafting, and bank loan/registration support.
- Expand the local broker/channel partner (CP) network through regular project briefings, joint presentations, and coordinated site inspections.




- Resolve buyer queries promptly, ensuring a high-touch, premium buying experience that generates organic referrals.
- Maintain CRM records, update daily tracking sheets, and deliver weekly pipeline and conversion reports to leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 8 to 15+ years in front-end real estate sales (luxury villas, premium apartments, or high-end residential projects preferred).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (mandatory).
- Skills: Strong face-to-face presentation, commercial negotiation, pipeline management, and closing capability.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WhatsApp Business.
- Location: Must be able to commute daily to Moshi, Pune.
