Job Purpose The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, acquiring new clients and driving revenue through the sale of broking and financial products. Key Roles &

Responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Generate new leads through personal networks, referrals, market contacts, cold calling, digital leads and business development activities . Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients. Identify and approach potential HNI, UHNI and affluent clients . Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified prospects into active clients. Develop new sources and channels for continuous lead generation. Leverage existing client relationships to generate referrals and new business opportunities . Maintain accurate lead records and track prospects through the complete sales cycle. Consistently meet monthly lead-generation, conversion and acquisition targets.

Product Sales

Sell equity, broking, bonds, fixed income, structured products and other financial products.



Identify client requirements and present relevant products. Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients.

Business

Development & Revenue Achieve assigned sales, brokerage and revenue targets. Expand the client base and identify new business opportunities. Maintain regular client engagement to generate repeat and referral business. Coordination & Compliance Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and activation. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.

Experience ~6–8 years of experience in stock broking, capital markets or financial services sales. ~ Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition and revenue generation . ~ HNI/UHNI client network will be an advantage.

Preference

Candidates with relevant sales experience specifically in stock broking firms will be preferred . Candidates with relevant experience in stock broking are encouraged to apply.
