About the Role

Urbanrise is looking for confident and customer-focused Apartment Sales Professionals who can understand customer needs, build strong relationships, and guide prospective homebuyers towards the right property.

This role is ideal for professionals who combine real-estate sales experience with strong communication and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries and generate leads for Urbanrise residential projects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and property discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers.
- Follow up with leads and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close apartment sales in line with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.





What We’re Looking For
- Experience in apartment / residential real-estate sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality.
- Good client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a robust drive to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
