The role

As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for Identifying new opportunities, building relationships with students, institutions, and partners, and driving revenue growth. You'll work on the ground in Calicut, combining consultative selling with a genuine passion for education.

What you'll doIdentify and pursue current business opportunities across B2C and B2B segmentsConduct product demos, counselling sessions, and follow-ups with prospective learnersBuild and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and community networks in CalicutMeet and exceed monthly revenue and enrolment targetsMaintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and conversions in the CRM

What we're looking for

- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Fluent in both English and Malayalam
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive, empathetic approach
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Prior experience in the ed-tech industry is a strong plus
- Based in or willing to work on-site in Calicut
