Position Overview The Sales Consultant is the primary customer-facing role, responsible for enquiry handling, product demonstration, test drives and closing sales — delivering a high-quality buying experience consistent with the B U Bhandari and JSW brand standards.

Until a Sales Team Leader is appointed as the business scales, this role reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in and enquiry customers as per sales-process standards.
- Deliver product presentations and test drives.
- Manage quotation, negotiation and booking closure.
- Sell finance, insurance, extended warranty and accessories.
- Update the CRM/DMS promptly and maintain follow-up discipline.
- Coordinate the customer delivery experience.
- Conduct post-sale follow-up and generate referrals.
- Stay current on product knowledge and the charging and recent-energy-vehicle ecosystem.




- Complete JSW’s mandatory training and induction programme.

Education
- Graduate in any discipline; an automotive or technical background is an advantage.

Experience
- 1–5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the passenger-car segment or retail.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for automobiles may also be considered.
