Role: Senior React Native Mobile/Web Developer

We are building a secure healthcare coordination platform and need an engineer who can design, debug, test, and release reliable Android, iOS, and web applications.

Responsibilities

- Build React Native and TypeScript features for Android, iOS, and React Native Web.
- Design practical UI/UX, responsive layouts, accessible components, and transparent user flows.
- Implement loading, empty, error, offline, recovery, and success states.
- Integrate authentication, REST APIs, notifications, deep links, and secure storage.
- Own Android and iOS builds, signing, provisioning, TestFlight, Play Console, staged rollouts, store submissions, and post-release maintenance.
- Reproduce bugs, inspect logs and network behavior, find root causes, and verify fixes.
- Use Codex and other AI tools responsibly while owning design, security, correctness, and maintainability.

Required
- 6 to 8 years of professional software development experience, including substantial React Native work.




- Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, state management, and mobile debugging skills.
- Practical UI/UX, accessibility, responsive behavior, and user-flow design experience.
- Hands-on Android and iOS development using Kotlin or Java and Swift. You must be able to write, debug, and maintain native platform code, modules, integrations, builds, and release fixes.
- React Native Web experience.
- At least two production apps released to Google Play and Apple App Store.
- Experience with Expo/EAS, App Store Connect, TestFlight, Play Console, signing, provisioning, and staged releases.
- Ability to explain technical decisions and solve problems without relying blindly on AI-generated code.

Good to have
- Firebase, push notifications, CI/CD, crash analytics, offline-first patterns, and security-sensitive product experience.

Employment: Full-time, permanent. One opening. Hours: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
