Primary Locations: Delhi(NCR), Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata, Indore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Ludhiana , Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad OR Any where in India.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Work Mode: Work from Office or Co-work space or Remote

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding requirements and sourcing to offer and closure
- Handle multiple open positions across different clients at the same time
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other relevant platforms
- Screen, assess and shortlist candidates against client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and hiring managers
- Support business development by identifying and engaging current client opportunities

Required Experience & Skills

- 2-20 years ( Yrs no Bar}of end-to-end recruitment experience, from sourcing to closure.
- Client acquisition would be a plus
- Prior recruitment consultancy experience is mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder management skills




- Ability to handle multiple positions at the same time
- Hands-on with recruitment portals other relevant platforms
- Good communication and coordination skills

Work Arrangement:- We are open to different working options, depending on the candidate's profile and location:

1. Work from Office: Bengaluru (Ulsoor Road office) or any cowork space PAN India
2. Remote : Remote candidates must have their own laptop, a reliable internet connection and a smartphone for work communication.
