Senior Quality Engineer - Final quality - Steel foundry To Prepare documents for ready for dispatch castings –Visual inspection , Critical dimensions (As cast ,Machined ), Machining dimensions reports in ATPL format, NDT records , MTC reports ,Third party reports if specified in PO copy.

Responsible to update of final quality documents in spyro software.

Responsible to Visual castings marking after Fettling Process and Machined castings.

To Prepare Despatch advice for ready for machining castings from ATPL at ascast conditions.

To Monitor Nonconformance reports for Deviation in process activities with defects photos and update in the spyro systems.

Responsible to follow the NCR up to effectiveness implementation in the shop floor.

To prepare cumulative final inspection reports & NCR records once in a week and forward to Quality Head for review with Production Department and forward to top management.

Responsible to in process records maintain and act as audit while system and process audit by ATPL or Customer.

Responsible to provide improvements points & Point implementation on monthly.

Authority control to follow the Machining activities if deviation noticed in Despatch castings and in production process.





Coordinate with Quality head while Daily quality review meeting in shop floor.

To Monitor the rejection reports based on the decision in Daily Quality review meeting.

Coordinate with Final casting inspectors (Subcontract) and collecting casting deviation due to machining or castings.

The Operating knowledge in CMM and Faro Machine.

Responsible to transparent with visual marking or dimension inspection in machined castings within 24Hours from received the machined or ascast castings.

Knowledge in NPT casting follow up and offer to customer or TPI.

Coordination with Supplier quality inspector on daily basis and follow sub contract inspections and share the deviation with NCR documents.
