nJob Summary:

nWe are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Databricks, Data Engineering, and Cloud technologies. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end data and analytics projects, coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality delivery.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of Data Engineering / Databricks projects.
n
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams, including Data Engineers, Architects, and Developers.
n
- Strong hands-on understanding of Databricks, PySpark, Spark, SQL, and data pipelines.
n
- Experience working with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud platforms and up-to-date data architecture.
n
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
n
- Work closely with Data Architects and Engineering teams on solution design and implementation.
n
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues,



and drive mitigation plans.
n
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
n
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance standards.
n
- Support technical discussions, design reviews, and production implementation.
n

nMandatory Skills:

- 14–19 years of overall IT experience
n
- Strong experience in Technical Project Management
n
- Strong experience with Databricks
n
- Good understanding of Data Engineering / Data Warehousing
n
- Experience with Spark / PySpark / SQL
n
- Experience with at least one cloud platform – Azure / AWS / GCP
n
- Strong stakeholder and team management skills
n
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n

nPreferred:

- Databricks certification
n
- Experience managing large-scale data transformation/cloud migration projects
n
- Knowledge of Delta Lake, Azure Data Factory, Airflow, Kafka or similar data technologies

- Experience working with enterprise/global clients
