About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional custom semiconductor development programs from concept to production. This is not a generic PM role — we are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on semiconductor background in Analog, ASIC, or SoC development, who deeply understand the design flow and can engage with technical teams as a credible peer while driving program execution with precision.

You will work closely with systems, design, DV, layout, operations, marketing & sales, post-silicon validation, test, quality, and very demanding customer teams to ensure successful execution of schedules, deliverables, and business goals.

This role is exclusively for candidates from a semiconductor background with direct experience in Analog IC, ASIC, or SoC product development. Candidates without semiconductor industry experience will not be considered.

What You'll Do

? Program Ownership

- Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery for analog/mixed-signal/embedded semiconductor products
- Drive program scope, timelines, risk assessment, budgeting, and resource planning
- Ensure execution efficacy, timeline adherence, quality control, and stakeholder management for custom development programs serving demanding customers

? Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate with design, DV, layout, post-Si validation, test engineering, quality, packaging, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and operations teams across global sites
- Facilitate program reviews, technical checkpoints,



and decision gates
- Serve as the connective tissue between highly specialized technical teams and business stakeholders

? Schedule & Risk Management
- Create and maintain detailed program schedules using industry-standard tools
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure teams stay aligned to program objectives
- Proactively surface critical path issues before they become program-level threats

? Customer & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Present program status, key metrics, and critical issues to leadership and customers with clarity and confidence
- Manage expectations across highly demanding customer engagements with professionalism

- Ensure programs meet TI's quality, reliability, and regulatory standards along with customer-mandated quality checks
- Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions when deviations arise
- Drive a culture of quality accountability across all program teams

? Operational & Business Support
- Collaborate with product line management on go-to-market strategies
- Monitor cost, yield, and performance targets throughout the product lifecycle
- Align program outcomes with broader business objectives

What You Bring

✅ Experience: 5–10 years of program/project management experience specifically in semiconductors — Analog IC, ASIC, or SoC product development

✅ Semiconductor DNA:



Direct hands-on background in semiconductor development — you understand the flow from architecture → design → DV → layout → post-silicon validation → test → quality → production release

✅ Technical Credibility: Ability to engage with design, DV, and test engineers as a knowledgeable peer — not just a schedule tracker

✅ Program Management Tools: Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or equivalent program management platforms

✅ Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate large, globally distributed teams across multiple engineering and business disciplines

✅ Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — equally effective in a customer boardroom and an engineering war room

✅ Risk Management: Demonstrated track record of identifying risks early and driving mitigation to protect program outcomes

✅ Education: B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, VLSI Design, or related technical field

Bonus Points If You Have

⭐ Prior experience as a design or validation engineer before transitioning into program management — giving you firsthand technical credibility

⭐ Experience managing custom ASIC or SoC programs for external customers in automotive, industrial, or communications verticals

⭐ Exposure to analog/mixed-signal product development — LDOs, DC-DC converters, gate drivers, amplifiers, or data converters

⭐ Familiarity with AEC-Q100 automotive qualification or other high-reliability program requirements

⭐ Experience managing programs across global sites — India, US, and Asia-Pacific

⭐ Background in post-silicon validation or test engineering within a semiconductor context
