STOEX is a real-asset ownership platform designed to make ownership of real-world assets accessible, simple and transparent. The platform is launching with 24K gold and silver, with fractional real estate and private-market assets planned as future offerings.

The product enables users to purchase fractional ownership of allocated assets from a small ticket size, track their holdings on a public ledger, sell their holdings, or opt for physical delivery (for relevant assets). The underlying trust stack includes legal ownership structuring, custody, independent administration and auditing.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and execution for STOEX's consumer-facing asset ownership platform.

You will work across product, commercial, growth, engineering, design, CRM, operations, and compliance to build a seamless and trustworthy ownership experience. The role will have end-to-end ownership of key product journeys - from onboarding and KYC to first purchase, recurring investments, campaign management, portfolio management, selling, and physical delivery.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building products from the ground up, working with ambiguity, and translating complex financial/asset concepts into simple customer experiences.

Location: Noida (WFO- 5 days)/ Hybrid can be considered

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap across onboarding, KYC, asset discovery, purchase, recurring investments, portfolio management, selling, and physical delivery.
- Drive Customer Activation & Retention: Identify friction across the funnel - installs → KYC → first purchase → recurring ownership and build product interventions that improve activation, conversion, and long-term engagement.
- Build Scalable Product Experiences:



Partner with engineering and design to build intuitive, reliable, and scalable experiences for asset discovery, transactions, portfolio tracking, payments, and ownership management.
- Own Product Analytics: Define product metrics, funnels, cohorts, experiments, and dashboards to understand user behaviour and continuously improve conversion and retention.
- Cross-functional Execution: Work closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and business teams to translate commercial and customer needs into product initiatives.
- Experiment & Iterate: Establish a robust experimentation culture across onboarding, purchase flows, recurring investments, referrals, lifecycle journeys, and other key product experiences.
- Trust & Compliance by Design: Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure product journeys, communication, disclosures, and asset-related workflows are designed within applicable requirements.
- Future Product Expansion: Help build the product foundation for future asset categories, including silver, fractional real estate, and private markets.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably across FinTech, wealth-tech, payments, investment platforms, marketplaces, or consumer technology.
- Proven experience owning products end-to-end, from defining the problem and roadmap through execution, launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Strong understanding of consumer funnels, transaction products, payments, investment products, recurring transactions, and lifecycle journeys.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using product analytics, experimentation, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and customer insights to make product decisions.
- Comfortable working in 0→1 / early-stage environments, with high ownership and ambiguity.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to simplify complex financial or asset-ownership concepts into intuitive product and user experiences.
