About The Position

As a Senior Product Designer you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from white-boarding ideas for the next big thing, to pixel-perfecting it right before launch. You will be expected to utilise your complete range of problem-solving skills, from wireframing to visual design, to come up with impactful design solutions to common pain points faced by our ever-growing user base. You'll also be expected to bring AI fluency into your day-to-day workflow, using AI tools to speed up research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and content generation, while applying strong design judgment to know when AI-assisted output needs refinement or a human touch.

Roles & Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for owning individual projects in the B2C charter. You will work closely with your peers and stakeholders to carry out end-to-end design work and also conduct user immersions independently to validate hypotheses and data points
- Design products (systematically, interactively and visually) for multiple target users across platforms




- Work with Product & Design managers to define and re-define the problem statement, and come up with a project execution plan
- Coordinate with UX research team & data science team, to devise and design impactful metrics-driven and user-centric solutions
- Design user stories and workflows that enable stakeholders to see how the project will take shape
- Leverage AI-powered design and productivity tools (e.g., generative AI for rapid prototyping, wireframe-to-hi-fi acceleration, content/copy drafting, research synthesis) to improve design velocity and explore a wider solution space, while critically evaluating AI-generated output for quality, accessibility, and user fit
- Stay current on emerging AI capabilities relevant to product design and proactively identify opportunities to embed AI-driven personalization or intelligence into the products you design
- Collaborate with engineering and other stakeholders to see the project through to shipping and roll-out to target audience
- Follow up on your design solutions after shipping to identify areas of improvement or newer ways to take them to the next level
- Give and solicit feedback from fellow designers and cross-disciplinary partners
- Constantly deliver excellence in a fast-paced startup environment
