We provide support for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Vehicle Loans, MSME Loans, Working Capital and other financial products.

Role: Senior Loan Processing Executive

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ayanavaram, Chennai. The Senior Loan Processing Executive will be responsible for managing loan applications from initial eligibility assessment through sanction and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end processing of Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Vehicle Loans and MSME Loans.
- Assess customer profiles and identify suitable loan products and lenders based on eligibility.
- Collect, verify and organise KYC, income, banking, employment, business and property-related documents.
- Review credit reports, bank statements, salary slips, ITRs, GST returns and financial documents.
- Coordinate with Banks and NBFCs for application login, verification, sanction and disbursement.
- Maintain accurate status updates for every loan application in the CRM.
- Follow up with customers, bankers, relationship managers and internal team members.
- Identify documentation gaps and resolve processing queries promptly.




- Ensure all applications comply with lender requirements and internal procedures.
- Monitor pending cases and provide daily progress reports to management.
- Guide junior processing and telecalling team members whenever required.

Required Experience and Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in loan processing with a Bank, NBFC, DSA, fintech or financial services company.
- Practical knowledge of Personal Loans and Business Loans is mandatory.
- Experience in Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Vehicle Loans or MSME Loans will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of loan eligibility, documentation, credit assessment and lender procedures.
- Good communication, customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Banks, NBFCs and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email and basic CRM applications.
- Solid attention to detail, accuracy and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple loan files and meet processing timelines.

Qualification

Any bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or a related field is preferred.
