Requirements / Responsibilities
- - Process Payment Posting transactions in the software with an accuracy rate of 99% or more
- Analyze and post the rejected/denied claims with an accuracy rate of 99% or more
- Post Credit card payments from patients
- Pull the patient in software using the name or DOB
- If the patient is not found, Demo has to be created
- Meet productivity standards as set by the department
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- All the queries should be maintained in the log and the client has to be updated by EOD
Must Have
- - 1 - 4 years of experience in payment posting
- Good typing, and analytical skills
- This is a non-voice role and does not require any call center skills
- Should be Solid in reviewing EOB'S.
