SENIOR PLC PROGRAMMER

Kriya Industrial Automation is hiring a Senior PLC Programmer with strong hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI, industrial automation, troubleshooting, and machine commissioning.

Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹32,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, machine automation, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of industrial automation systems and special-purpose machines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation machines.
- Develop and configure HMI programs.
- Perform PLC troubleshooting, debugging, and machine fault analysis.
- Test and commission automation systems at company and customer sites.
- Work with VFDs, servo systems, sensors, motors, and other automation components.
- Read and understand electrical control panel drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams during machine development and commissioning.
- Identify automation-related problems and implement technical solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Robust hands-on experience in PLC programming.
- Practical experience in PLC troubleshooting and debugging.




- Knowledge of HMI programming and industrial communication.
- Understanding of VFDs, servo drives, sensors, motors, and control panels.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and understand automation systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

QUALIFICATION Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.

ONLY EXPERIENCED PLC PROGRAMMERS SHOULD APPLY.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN PLC PROGRAMMING AND TROUBLESHOOTING.

CANDIDATES WITHOUT PRACTICAL PLC PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
