Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Manage inventory levels by controlling stocks, tracking consumption, and optimizing storage space.
- Coordinate with various departments (Stores, Production, Quality) to ensure smooth material flow and minimize delays.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand plans based on historical data, seasonality trends, and market fluctuations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- ITI certification in any specialization; B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution also acceptable.
- Robust understanding of aluminum extrusion processes, dispatch planning, inventory control systems (FIFO), material requirement planning (MRP), order management principles.
