We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms.
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, MER and overall campaign performance.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share insights.
- Work with creative and content teams to develop and test ad creatives.
- Test different audiences, campaigns, offers and landing pages.
- Monitor tracking, analytics and customer journey.
- Work on CRO,



email/CRM and other digital marketing activities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Analytics and Klaviyo.
- Understanding of SEO, Social Media and CRO.
- D2C / E-commerce experience will be preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and take ownership of results.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
