High Heads Pvt. Ltd. is an international fashion & lifestyle brand operating in USA and European markets, focused on premium (high AOV) products. We are building a strong global presence through e-commerce and performance-driven marketing.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who can drive scalable growth across international markets. You will work closely with our in-house creative and design team and act as a growth partner in the company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

· Manage and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.

· Own campaign budgets, performance targets, and ROAS/ROI.

· Continuously optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue.

· Build and test audiences, creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and funnels.

· Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities.

· Set up and monitor GA4, GTM, pixels, conversion tracking, and attribution.

· Work closely with Creative, Content, Sales,



and Business teams to improve acquisition and conversion.

· Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to management.

· Stay updated with platform changes, market trends, and new growth opportunities.

Requirements

- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign scaling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable understanding of GA4, GTM, tracking, funnels, and attribution.
- Ability to independently manage budgets and deliver measurable results.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
