- We are looking for an experienced Pega Business Analyst with strong US Healthcare and Appeals & Grievances (A&G;) domain experience.

- 6–10 years of overall Business Analyst experience

- 3+ years of hands-on Pega experience

- 3+ years of Appeals & Grievances (A&G;) experience – Mandatory

- Robust experience in US Healthcare

- Pega certification – CSA / CSSA / CPBA preferred/mandatory as applicable

- Experience with Pega DCO
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills

- Experience creating BRD/FRD, user stories and acceptance criteria

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum
- Experience with backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos and MVP releases

- Experience working with Product Owners, Developers, QA and business stakeholders

- A&G; experience is mandatory.

- We are specifically looking for Pega Business Analysts with Healthcare + Appeals & Grievances experience, not general Pega Developers.
