Sagacious Elevate is looking for a Senior Patent Analyst in the Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) - Prosecution team to draft responses to PTO communications in the US and EP. The role involves a mix of legal and technical knowledge to ensure successful patent prosecution while complying with jurisdiction-specific rules and client expectations. Specifically, the Senior Patent Analyst - ICT Prosecution will • File and prosecute patent applications in US & EP.

- Draft and file responses to PTO communications.
- Communicate with clients on patent-related queries and status updates.
- Maintain timely updates, documentation, and file management.

Experience • 1-4 years of experience in patent prosecution in the ICT domain.

- Strong understanding and familiarity with global procedures (USPTO, EPO,



WIPO).
- Knowledge of 101, 102, 103 & 112 Skills for Success • Attention to detail and process adherence.
- Robust written and spoken English communication.
- Ability to multitask and meet filing deadlines.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
- Knowledge of 101, 102, 103 & 112 Technical Skills • Knowledge of global IP law and prosecution strategy.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Qualifications • B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or similar fields.
