Job Requirements

We are currently seeking a Senior Officer - Stores to join our team in managing the inventory and supplies for our real estate residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in store management, inventory control, and logistics.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites
- Implement best practices for inventory management and control
- Supervise store staff and provide training as needed

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in store management, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus
