Position: Senior Marketing Manager / Business Development Head

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, Tier-2 suppliers and manufacturing companies.
- Generate qualified leads through market research, industry contacts, references, exhibitions and direct customer visits.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements, drawings, mould specifications, quantities and project timelines.
- Coordinate with the Design, Tool Room, Production and Management teams for technical and commercial enquiries.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and commercial terms with customers.
- Follow up on enquiries from initial discussion through PO confirmation and order closure.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline and maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Visit customers regularly for business development and relationship management.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, customer meetings and order status.




- Achieve monthly and annual business-development targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, industrial events and customer meetings.

Required Experience The candidate should have:

- 10–15+ years of experience in industrial marketing / business development.
- Strong experience in Tool Room, Injection Moulds, Plastic Injection Moulding, Dies or Engineering Components.
- Existing contacts with OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 companies and industrial buyers will be highly preferred.
- Good understanding of mould manufacturing and tooling processes.
- Experience in B2B industrial sales and customer acquisition.
- Strong negotiation, communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently generate business rather than depending only on incoming enquiries.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

Compensation Salary: Negotiable based on experience, existing customer network and business-development capability.
