1. 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
2. Strong knowledge of the local market & locality

3. Must have own vehicle
4. Excellent communication & negotiation skills
5. Proven track record in sales & team handling
6. Strong client relationship & follow-up skills
7. Ability to generate leads and close deals
8. Willingness to travel aggressively for business development
9. Target-oriented with a robust drive to achieve results
10. Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
11. Good networking skills with local clients, brokers & channel partners
