Role Description The Senior Manager – Recruitment Delivery & Client Success is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role oversees end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple client accounts, ensuring high-quality sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates aligned with client requirements and timelines.

The Senior

Manager leads and mentors recruitment teams, sets delivery targets, monitors performance metrics, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes. A key responsibility is managing client relationships, including regular status updates, expectation setting, issue resolution, and identifying opportunities to expand engagement scope.



The role also involves collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, forecasting hiring needs, and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives, while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in recruitment delivery, talent acquisition, and stakeholder management, with experience handling multiple client accounts and high-volume hiring.
- Proven skills in client success, client relationship management, and account management, ensuring consistent communication, service quality, and retention.
- Experience in team leadership, performance management, and coaching, including the ability to motivate, develop, and guide recruitment teams.
- Solid capabilities in workforce planning, data-driven decision-making, and the use of recruitment analytics or dashboards to track KPIs and SLAs.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and digital sourcing tools; familiarity with IT and professional staffing is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a collaborative working style suited to a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR, recruitment, or project management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a consulting or staffing firm, particularly within technology or digital transformation domains, is strongly preferred.
