The ideal candidate will translate complex creative concepts into flawlessly executed ground realities. This role requires robust technical acumen in structural, AV, and lighting setups, strict budget control, and excellent local vendor networks. As an operational leader, you will manage regional project timelines, mitigate live-event risks, and mentor a high-performance execution team.

Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi is required to seamlessly navigate regional municipal bodies, local authorities, and vendor ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Design & Feasibility

- Technical Audits: Conduct comprehensive site inspections and venue recces to evaluate structural, logistical, and technical feasibility.
- Blueprint Translation: Interpret 2D/3D design layouts, technical drawings, and element sheets into precise technical specifications.
- Safety & Compliance: Establish structural safety protocols, crowd management layouts, and hazard mitigation plans for all project sites.

Procurement & Vendor Management

- Vendor Ecosystem: Onboard, negotiate with, and manage high-quality fabricators, AV suppliers, printing partners, and technical crews in Gujarat.
- Cost Engineering: Source competitive quotes, analyze element costs, and drive cost-efficiencies without compromising on quality.
- SLA Enforcement:



Draft clear technical delivery scopes and monitor vendor compliance regarding quality, timelines, and safety standards.

On-Ground Execution & Project Management

- Site Management: Oversee the complete setup, live running, and dismantling phases of brand activations, corporate events, and large-scale public formats.
- Cross-Functional Sync: Collaborate closely with the Client Servicing and Creative teams to ensure execution aligns perfectly with client briefs.
- Timeline Control: Develop and manage microscopic critical paths (production timelines) to guarantee on-time event handovers.

Financial Control & Process Adherence

- Production P&L;: Manage project-specific production budgets, track expenses, and minimize material wastage to maximize bottom-line margins.
- SOP Adherence: Maintain absolute alignment with Wizcraft operational SOPs, safety compliance documents, and reporting protocols.
- Post-Event Reconciliation: Verify vendor bills against actual deliveries to close project accounts quickly and accurately.

People & Stakeholder Management

- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and upskill junior production executives and freelancers in office.
- Liaison & Permissions: Manage coordination with local government departments, police, traffic authorities, and venue managements to secure necessary event permissions.
