At Dashfit, we track muscle, not calories, using DAMS (Dashfit Activated Muscle Score), our own metric for movement and muscle health. We've already delivered 12,000+ hours of training to desk-job professionals whose bodies are paying the price for a decade of sitting. Nobody else is telling this story. That's the job.

We're hiring a Senior Manager, Marketing to own it entirely: ATL, BTL, channel marketing, social, corporate marketing, and anything else that gets this category in front of the right person. No narrow mandate, no waiting for a bigger team to be built around you. If it's marketing, it's yours.

This is category creation, not campaign optimisation. You're not fighting for market share in weight-loss fitness.



You're building the case that muscle health is the category, from scratch.

Full ownership of the marketing function, reporting directly to the CEO

4-day work week: Monday to Thursday, then a genuine 3-day weekend

Paid extra for any weekend work, on top of your salary

ESOPs, so you own a piece of the category you help build
