We are looking for a dynamic, go-getter Senior Manager to drive business growth and operations for our luxury wellness outlets in Udaipur.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue through strategic tie-ups with hotels, travel agents, guides, wedding planners, event managers, taxi operators, and local businesses.

Build partnerships, manage referral/commission programs, and generate current business.

Increase spa visibility and guest engagement within the palace premises.

Oversee daily operations, service quality, guest experience, and team performance.

Handle guest interactions, team coordination, and operational challenges.

Candidate Profile

Experience in hospitality, travel, sales, business development, retail, aviation, F&B;, beauty, or wellness.

Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and team-management skills.

Target-driven, disciplined, hands-on, and comfortable with field sales and relationship building.
