Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Loan Processor role based in Pune City.

The Senior Loan

Processor will handle end-to-end loan processing, including collecting and reviewing loan documents, validating customer information, and ensuring applications meet lender and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with clients, mortgage brokers, lenders, and underwriters to clarify conditions, obtain missing information, and move files efficiently through the approval process.

The Senior Loan

Processor will prepare files for underwriting, track application status, manage timelines to meet settlement dates,



and maintain accurate records in internal systems. The position also includes supporting process improvements, adhering to compliance standards, and providing clear communication to stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in loan processing and managing various types of loans from application to settlement.
- Proficiency in handling and reviewing loan documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Experience collaborating with underwriting teams and understanding underwriting guidelines and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, brokers, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
- Familiarity with mortgage lending regulations and industry standards; experience in mortgage broking is an advantage.
- Comfort working with loan origination systems and standard office software tools.
- Relevant experience in financial services or banking; formal education in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
