Key Responsibilities:Support CBS (Core Banking System), LMS (Loan Management System) and other banking applications.Provide technical support to branches and resolve application issues.Assist in software migration, data migration, testing and implementation.Coordinate with software vendors and branches during migration activities.Monitor Day-End/Day-Start and daily IT operations.Manage user access, system updates and basic troubleshooting.Prepare IT reports and coordinate with HO for timely issue resolution.Skills: Good communication, troubleshooting, vendor coordination and working knowledge of banking software and migration processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
