Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final execution, for residential and commercial interiors. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts, creating detailed layouts and 3D presentations, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery. The role involves preparing construction drawings, selecting materials and finishes, planning FF&E;, and overseeing site work to maintain design integrity and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division,



requiring regular site visits, client meetings, and close collaboration with the internal design and execution teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic spaces.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Space Planning, ensuring productive use of area and adherence to building standards.
- Candidates should possess experience in developing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for execution teams.
- Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings aligned with project budgets.
- Relevant qualification such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Demonstrated experience (typically 5+ years) managing residential and commercial interior projects, preferably in the Indian market.
- Strong communication, client-facing, and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site and manage multiple projects.
