Today, the company has a growing portfolio of luxury and premium residential developments across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. /n Our portfolio includes delivered and upcoming developments across Andheri East, Sion, Santacruz and Khar, with a total portfolio of approximately 21–22 lakh sq. ft. across MMR. /n Learn more about Puri Creators: www.puricreators.com /n About the Role /n We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the interior design development and execution of our luxury residential projects. /n The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ultra-luxury residential interiors, high-rise real estate developments and premium residential projects, with the ability to take projects from design concept through execution while maintaining a high standard of design intent and quality. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead the interior design of luxury residential developments, including sample flats, lobbies, entrances, amenities and premium residences.

/n

- Develop design concepts, space planning, mood boards and presentation documents.

/n

- Prepare and review layout plans, working drawings, joinery details, ceiling plans, flooring layouts and interior specifications.

/n

- Select and finalize premium materials, finishes, lighting, furniture and décor in line with project positioning and brand standards.

/n

- Review shop drawings,



mock-ups and material samples to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.

/n

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor design implementation and resolve execution-related challenges.

/n

- Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors and internal project teams to ensure smooth design execution.

/n

- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams for sample flats, experience centres and marketing collateral.

/n

- Ensure design deliverables are aligned with project specifications, timelines, budgets and applicable quality standards.

/n /n Key Requirements /n /n

- Bachelor's / Diploma / Master's degree in Interior Design from a recognized institute.

/n

- 12–18 years of relevant experience in ultra-luxury residential projects and high-rise real estate developments.

/n

- Strong understanding of luxury residential interiors, materials, finishes, detailing and execution.

/n

- Proven experience in taking interior design concepts through working drawings and in office execution.

/n

- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential interiors delivered for real estate developments.

/n

- Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.

/n

- Strong attention to detail, design sensibility and ability to maintain high quality standards.
