We are looking for a creative, experienced, and client-focused Senior Interior Designer to lead residential interior design projects from concept development through execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining design quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete interior design process from concept development to final execution.
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, budget, and project scope.
- Develop space planning, furniture layouts, design concepts, and material schemes.
- Prepare and review detailed DWG drawings, working drawings, elevations, sections, and furniture details.
- Select and finalize materials, laminates, colours, finishes, hardware, furniture, lighting, and décor.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and incorporate feedback while maintaining design quality.
- Coordinate with 2D designers, 3D designers, site teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and ensure accurate implementation of approved designs and drawings.
- Review site measurements and conditions and resolve design-related issues.
- Manage design schedules and ensure timely submission of drawings, designs, and revisions.
- Prepare and review BOQs, quotations, and material specifications wherever required.
- Handle client meetings, design presentations, approvals, and regular project follow-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation of design revisions, client approvals, and final drawings.




- Mentor and guide junior interior designers in design development and project coordination.
- Stay updated with latest interior design trends, materials, finishes, furniture solutions, and industry practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 4–7+ years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably residential interiors.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD/DWG, SketchUp, 3D software, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of furniture design, materials, finishes, lighting, and space planning.
- Strong client communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of site execution and project coordination.
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in residential interior design, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture detailing, client presentations, and site coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
