Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the interior design of the salon’s existing and recent spaces, ensuring environments align with the brand’s aesthetic and client experience goals. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad includes developing design concepts, creating detailed layouts, and overseeing space planning to optimize functionality and ambiance.

The Senior Interior

Designer will coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors, prepare and review construction drawings,



and select FF&E; that supports both brand identity and operational needs. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, as well as providing guidance to junior team members and collaborating closely with salon leadership to refine and evolve the salon’s design language.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning for commercial or hospitality environments.
- Strong understanding of Architecture principles and ability to coordinate with architectural and construction teams.
- Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Construction Drawings and related technical documentation.
- Experience in FF&E; selection, specification, and vendor coordination to support both aesthetics and durability.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, and readiness to collaborate in a creative, client-focused environment.
