nProject type : Ultra-luxury residential interiors

nRequired Skills:

nDegree in Interior Design from a college of repute is a must. (preferably international exposure of internship or working abroad)

nExperience- 5 to 10 years

n• Proficiency in various software’s i.e. Auto-CAD, SketchUp, In-design & Photoshop.

n• Experience on luxury residential buildings and hospitality projects





n• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

n

nKey Responsibilities:

n Exceptional aesthetic sense and visual judgment.

nMature space planning and layout resolution.

n Understanding of scale, proportion and furniture placement.

nAbility to understand classical, modern-classical and contemporary design languages.

n Ability to find references appropriate to the actual architecture, proportions and dimensions of a room.

nAbility to translate references into an original and workable design.

n Experience developing concept, schematic and detailed design-development boards.

nStrong furniture, lighting, flooring, ceiling, cornice, fabric, carpet and material selection.

n Ability to take a design from initial concept through to an approved 3D.

nAbility to guide junior designers and coordinate with project managers, 3D visualisers and technical-drawing teams.

n* A secure, collaborative and non-defensive working temperament.
