Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the organization-wide HR function and support business growth through effective people strategies and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall

HR Operations, Administration & People Management across the organization.

- Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement

.

- Manage performance management, KRAs, appraisals, and employee development

.

- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace culture

.

- Develop and implement

HR policies, processes, SOPs, and best practices

.

- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance across the organization.

- Partner with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development

.

- Oversee HR MIS, payroll coordination, attendance, documentation, and HR analytics.

Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of experience in HR, preferably in

Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Project-based organizations

.

- Solid leadership, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to independently lead HR and work closely with senior management.
