This is an independent consulting role with Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking to engage with Senior Manager- HR to help with:

Key Responsibilities-

- Manage day-to-day plant HR operations , workforce administration, and recruitment.
- Ensure labour law, statutory, and company policy compliance .
- Drive employee engagement, training, attendance, and performance management initiatives.
- Manage employee relations and partner with plant leadership to support business objectives.
- Coordinate with IFM/Admin teams to ensure employee welfare facilities, including canteen and transportation .
- Support workforce planning, HR processes, and overall employee experience at the plant.
