Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements. The candidate should have strong sourcing abilities, client coordination skills, and experience in closing positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for client companies across different industries.
- Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates accordingly.
- Use job portals, social media, references, and databases for candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offer letters, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and daily reports.




- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates.
- Achieve recruitment targets and timely closures of open positions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy/manpower consultancy.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Experience working on multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- HR specialization will be an added advantage.
