Role Description The Senior Human Resource Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end HR strategy and operations at Skillofy_AI. This role includes designing and implementing HR policies, managing the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding), and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations.

Manager will collaborate with leadership to align workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development with business goals. Day-to-day activities involve driving hiring processes, partnering with managers on performance reviews,



overseeing compensation and benefits frameworks, and fostering an inclusive, engaging culture. The role also includes building HR analytics capabilities, supporting learning and development initiatives, and serving as a trusted advisor on employee relations and change management.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and policy development.
- Experience with strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development in a fast-paced or high-growth workplace.
- Strong skills in HR operations, including HRIS tools, documentation, compliance, and process optimization.
- Ability to design and support learning and development programs, coaching, and leadership development initiatives.
- Proficiency in data-driven HR decision-making, using HR analytics and metrics to inform strategy and improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on inclusive and equitable practices.
- Proven experience in remote or distributed team environments, with solid stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in edtech, technology, or learning-focused organizations is beneficial.
