Role Description

- Relevant Experience in the HR domain of 4 to 7 years
- Assessing the talent and human resource need-gap analysis, devising a recruitment plan and matching timely demands.
- Creating job profiles, job posting, lining up interviews,



holding assessments and shortlisting the best employees to fill positions.
- Maintaining a smooth induction onboarding process, defining employee career path, training programs and cost to company.
- Manage company asset allocation to employees, negotiation, compensation, benefit plans and perquisites for each role.
- Conducting Inductions - This involves welcoming recent employees to the organization and providing them with necessary information, training, and resources to integrate them into the company culture and their roles effectively.
- Employee Engagement- Working on Fun or Festival or events activities in Office : This could involve organizing activities or celebrations within the office to boost morale, celebrate achievements, or mark special occasions such as holidays or team milestones.
- Employee Relations - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues.
- Employee Grievances- addressing and resolving employee concerns, complaints, and conflicts
